Three members of the Rigas family, and two other company executives were arrested. The Rigas family founded the Adelphia Communication Corp. and they were arrested for looting the nations sixth- largest cable- television company, and it apparently was on a "Massive scale." Also, Adelphia was accused of fraud filed by the Securities and Exchange Commision. Prosecuters are looking at whether to file criminal charges against Adelphia. Other Rigas family members and company executives could face charges, too.
